Effective: 23 September 2026
This policy applies to payments made directly to E.Y Technologies for our software, subscriptions, consulting, training, support, installations and related technology services.
If you cancel before we begin work or commit non-recoverable third-party costs, you may be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled work.
Where work has started, any refund is based on the undelivered portion after deducting completed work, approved milestones, licences, domain/hosting charges, equipment, travel, payment-provider charges where non-recoverable, and other costs reasonably committed for the project.
Custom development is produced specifically for the customer. Amounts attributable to completed and accepted milestones are normally non-refundable. If we are unable to provide a paid but undelivered milestone, we will assess an appropriate refund or alternative remedy.
Unopened standard hardware may be returnable where our supplier allows it. Installed, configured, used or specially ordered equipment may not be returnable unless defective or otherwise required by applicable law. Defective items will be handled under the applicable warranty or supplier terms.
Customers may request cancellation before the next renewal date. Charges for an already-started subscription period are generally not refundable unless the service was not provided or applicable law requires otherwise.
Verified duplicate payments or payments made in error may be refunded after transaction verification.
Contact us on +233 24 796 8974 and provide your name, invoice/reference, transaction reference, payment date, amount and reason. We may request additional information to verify the payment and service status.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where practical. Bank, card, mobile-money or payment-provider processing times are outside our direct control after the refund is submitted.
Please contact us first so we can investigate and resolve billing issues promptly. This policy does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
