Effective: 23 September 2026
Before paid work starts, the service, deliverables, price and expected schedule are normally documented in a quotation, invoice, project agreement, work order or subscription description.
Remote support, configuration, hosting setup and similar digital services are delivered electronically or through remote access at the agreed time. Completion may be confirmed by email, message, support record, system access or other documented handover.
Custom projects are delivered according to agreed milestones. Timelines depend on scope, customer approvals, data/content availability, integrations and change requests. Major changes outside the original scope may require a revised timeline and quotation.
On-site work is scheduled after site requirements, equipment availability and access are confirmed. Delivery is complete when the agreed installation or service is substantially completed and handed over, subject to any documented outstanding items.
Training is delivered on the agreed date, format and attendee scope. Rescheduling may be available with reasonable advance notice.
Customers are responsible for providing timely access, accurate information, approvals, content, credentials where necessary, safe site access and other dependencies identified during the project.
If a material delay occurs, we will communicate the reason and revised delivery plan. Delays caused by customer dependencies, third-party services, force majeure or unavailable equipment may extend the schedule.
Support coverage depends on the service agreement. Additional development, maintenance, consumables, replacement hardware or support outside the agreed period may be separately chargeable.
