Customers and users of E.Y Technologies services must use them lawfully and responsibly.

Prohibited activities

• Fraud, impersonation, deceptive transactions or unlawful financial activity.
• Unauthorised access, malware distribution, credential theft, attacks or security abuse.
• Hosting or distributing illegal, infringing or deliberately harmful content.
• Using our infrastructure to spam, harass, threaten or exploit others.
• Attempting to bypass access controls, licensing restrictions or reasonable usage limits.
• Using our services in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

Security

Users must protect passwords and access credentials, promptly report suspected compromise and follow reasonable security instructions related to the service.

Enforcement

We may restrict or suspend a service where necessary to protect customers, systems or third parties, investigate suspected abuse, or comply with law. Where appropriate, we will communicate with the affected customer and provide a route to resolve the issue.
