Payments are accepted only for genuine E.Y Technologies products and services identified by an invoice, quote, subscription, project or service reference.
Where available, use the invoice or service reference given by E.Y Technologies. This helps us match the transaction to the correct customer and service.
When online payments are enabled, payment details may be securely processed by an authorised payment service provider such as Paystack. E.Y Technologies does not ask customers to send card PINs, CVVs, OTPs or banking passwords through WhatsApp, email or ordinary contact forms.
After a successful payment, we confirm the transaction against our records before treating an invoice or milestone as paid. Keep your payment receipt or transaction reference.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us with your name, amount, date and transaction/invoice reference. We will review our records and, when appropriate, work with the payment provider to resolve the issue.
